Hello, If you are uploading a file and have ordered please name the file name the order number. If you have made your artwork with canva template please export the template as a pdf and upload it.
Please try to keep the file name as the order number or the name your order is under.
Please send the original logos, files, or photos.If you are uploading screenshots, photos of a photo, or very grainy artwork it will not print crystal clear. We do offer design services for vectorizing logos for $15-20.

Please keep in mind the standard size is 33.5x80'' so horizontal photos will likely work due to the size proportions.
We do print in CMYK and not RGB so if designing please try to always work in CMYK as their is a color difference.
