Start a Zoom instant meeting from a file preview in the Dropbox desktop app:
- Open the Dropbox desktop app.
- Click the name of the file you’d like to preview.
- To the right of the file preview, click the Zoom icon.
- Click the names of the users you’d like to meet with.
- Click Start meeting.
Automatically copy Zoom cloud recordings to Dropbox:
- Sign in to dropbox.com.
- Click your profile picture (or face icon) in the upper-right corner.
- Click Settings.
- Click the Connected apps tab.
- Next to Zoom, click Settings.
- Check the box next to Copy Zoom cloud recordings to Dropbox.
- Click Update.
Present a Dropbox file in a Zoom meeting:
- Sign in to dropbox.com.
- Hover over any file and click the downward-facing arrow next to Share.
- Click Present in Zoom.
- Click Enter Zoom Meeting ID and enter your meeting ID.
- Click Present.
