Start a Zoom instant meeting from a file preview in the Dropbox desktop app:

  1. Open the Dropbox desktop app.
  2. Click the name of the file you’d like to preview.
  3. To the right of the file preview, click the Zoom icon.
  4. Click the names of the users you’d like to meet with.
  5. Click Start meeting.

Automatically copy Zoom cloud recordings to Dropbox:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click your profile picture (or face icon) in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click the Connected apps tab.
  5. Next to Zoom, click Settings.
  6. Check the box next to Copy Zoom cloud recordings to Dropbox.
  7. Click Update.

Present a Dropbox file in a Zoom meeting:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
  2. Hover over any file and click the downward-facing arrow next to Share.
  3. Click Present in Zoom.
  4. Click Enter Zoom Meeting ID and enter your meeting ID.
  5. Click Present.
