Create tasks and projects with cross-functional collaboration in Wrike.

Wrike is a cloud-based collaborative work management platform for managing cross-functional collaboration in a secure environment. Our platform eliminates endless email threads and meetings, copious check-ins with real-time commenting and notifications, live editing, dynamic reports, and more.

Wrike's powerful integration with Dropbox enables you to access, review, and approve important documents from virtually anywhere, without the time consuming need to re-upload files. File versioning and team collaboration are fast and easy when your documents are accessible from Dropbox and tracked in Wrike.

  • Attach files for review from Dropbox directly to your tasks in Wrike.
  • Files remain stored in Dropbox and won’t count towards your occupied space in Wrike.
  • Stay up to date with file edits and updates syncing automatically across both Dropbox and Wrike.

The integration with Dropbox lines up perfectly with Wrike’s approach to file collaboration.

Here’s how it works:

In the task, right under the task description, click on the “Attach from Dropbox” link and choose the desired file. A built-in photo gallery and search function is particularly handy in finding the right file. Even if you update the file in your Dropbox every couple of minutes, your teammates will access the most up-to-date version in Wrike.

We hope to make your file collaboration with your team and others in your organization more convenient with Wrike!
