How it works:

1. Upload a document: Notarize any document by uploading it to your Dropbox account.
2. Open the Notarize app: Launch Notarize through the Share menu in Dropbox.
3. Edit and review your document: Apply relevant designations to your document and review its contents.
4. Prove your identity: Take a picture of your government issued ID, answer a few questions, and Notarize will confirm your identity in seconds.
5. Connect with a live notary agent: Connect with a licensed electronic notary public over live video to sign and notarize your document.
6. Save and share your notarized document: Once your document is notarized, you can download it, share it, or save it to Dropbox. Completed documents will be stored in your safe and secure Notarize account, if you ever need it in the future.

Notarize also accepts documents that require more than one signer.
