If a company enables the Greenhouse and Dropbox integration on their job postings, job seekers can select their resumes and cover letters from their own Dropbox accounts when applying.

On the add new candidate view, select from which location you’d like to select a candidate folder, then specify Dropbox.
Use the Dropbox sign-in window to enter your Dropbox account information.

Choose which file to upload from Dropbox and add to the Greenhouse candidate profile.
The file is now available on the candidate’s profile.
