Connect Gmail to Dropbox and you’ll be able to share files to a new message draft instantly:

• From Dropbox, select the file you want to share.
• Open the Share menu.
• Select Gmail.

To share and save files between Dropbox and Gmail from any browser or platform, including the Gmail mobile app:

• From Gmail, select the white plus sign (+) icon on the right-hand sidebar.
• Select Get Add-ons.
• Search for Dropbox for Gmail.
• Select Install and follow the prompts.

Share a Dropbox file in Gmail:

• From Gmail, select Compose.
• Select the Dropbox icon at the bottom of the Compose window.
• Select the file you'd like to share from your Dropbox in the pop-up window.
• Select Insert link.

Save a Gmail attachment directly to your Dropbox account:

• Open an email with file(s) attached in Gmail.
• Select the Dropbox icon in the right-hand sidebar.
